All roads DO NOT Lead to Rome!

Today from Karunamoyee,  I wasn't getting any auto to reach my office, so thought of trying the bus. I saw a bus going towards Unitech and I hopped in without thinking.

The bus slowly got over packed and thanks to my dimensions, I got gift wrapped by humans. I couldn't see which way was the bus heading to until I heard we reached City Center 2!!!

Krishna!! That is the wrong route. I quickly pushed away to make my way out.

Abused and humiliated by the conductor I was standing on the pavement only to realize,

All the roads DO NOT Lead to Rome just like all the buses doesn't take you to Unitech and all the trains don't take you to Delhi and studying Engineering doesn't make you a Doctor and an Apple tree doesnt give you Banana.

Is it not a common sense?

But still many are bewildered by a similar thought. They say “Any path you follow, you will reach the Absolute Truth!!!!". It is an infamous and misleading Bengali saying "Joto mot toto poth"

Is it at all possible???

Let us see what Krishna says in  Bhagavad Gita

Those who worship the demigods will take birth among the demigods; those who worship the ancestors go to the ancestors; those who worship ghosts and spirits will take birth among such beings; and those who worship Me will live with Me.

Bhagavad Gita 9.25

Let us not be a fool like me to believe we will reach the goal by choosing any path/bus. Let us not fall in the words of mental speculators cooking their own philosophy.

Instead, let us lead our life as directed by The Lord through His Scriptures and words passed down to us by Bonafide Sampradaya.
