Chaitanya Mahaprabhu and Nityananda Prabhu are none different from the transcendental brothers, The Supreme Personality Godhead, Krishna and His first expansion Lord Balaram. They both appeared in the dark age of Kaliyuga, for explaining to us how to devote our lives in the Transcendental Loving Service of Krishna, and thus, escape this miserable place of repeated birth and death.

Nityananda Prabhu delivered the whole world. He is an unparalleled ocean of mercy. Only by his mercy do I understand the truth about Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu. Only by his means has the greatness of Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu been proclaimed.

Therefore all the Gaudiya Vaishanava Devotees celebrate this auspicious day with great enthusiasm and with humble heart expressing gratitude for Nityanand Prabhu, who is Balaram Himself, for gracing His causeless mercy on the whole world.

Nityanand Trayodasi Mahamahotsav was organized by Bhakti Vriksha 7 of  ISKCON Kolkata. All the devotees came together to serve for the pleasure of Vaishanavas and Nityananda Mahaprabhu.
